Total farud pls never book it they are total farud we booked it from online not able to reach as no road when asked for cancellation there staff member Avinash sharma started abusing language! Don’t book it you can’t even reach there pls be aware from online farud

Such a pathetic 😡 experience. Make sure you ask for extra charges at the time of booking. We were robbed, taken ransom booking with this pathetic Hotel. It is so deep inside valley, very dangerous to drive. Hotels was unclean top to bottom. Curry stains on bedsheet and on TV remote, dust every where. Creepy food, kitchen was so unhygienic, felt gutted when see that. Food was full with dust, felt in mouth. Only 2 TV channels, room service was even worst, all staff looked like roadside Romeo. Overall paid 13 k to get worst of the worst experience. Think 50 times before booking with this creepy Hotel. I was robbed very nicely, want to save your money.

Absolutely not like you see in pictures. Too dangerous way to reach Hotel. One can only drive if excellent in driving. No Parking Space and Hygiene was also not maintained in hotel when we visited. Our stay was of 3 days but had to cut short for 1 Night there only. Not recommended.

I was here for 2 nights with onr my freind from France. it was not a good choice i will say. not clean rooms, dust on table, Pilo covers are not clean but prices they are trying to charge like 4 - 5 star hotel. Food and breakfast was not good, just few boys working there in all departments like house keeping, restaurant. no proper staff and restaurant very expensive. Approch road to hotel from main road is very bad.... If they keep proper staff and carefull about quwality of services, it could be better. property is good but they have to improve.

Fraudsters Fraudsters Fraudsters Fraudsters Fraudsters Fraudsters😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 We booked the room in this resort but my husband's aunt has expired and we have to cancel the bookings with the timelines. Now we are chasing the refund for two months but have not received it till date. Resort Manager Mr. Anil Dogra coordinated with us and we got the same reply " You will get it soon ". And some account person Mr. Avinash called one day and after taking all the a/c details he is invisible. Now the scenario is no one picks up our calls and not refunded the amount. We have asked Resort Manager to share MD's contact no. he replied "I will share but after that, he is not picking up the calls and has not replied to messages. so that we can talk to him directly. So be careful before booking this fraud resort. We are going to file a legal complaint against them. Because it is our hard-core money. Be careful guys before booking. We never ever suggested it. I'll put on all social media about this fraud.
